Some cute photos from Ava's friend's bday party a few weeks ago. Thanks to Summer's mom and au pair for the photos!

Despite the presence of Play-doh and lots of other awesome indoor stuff, Ava was underwhelmed with the toddler frog-themed program at the zoo, because, of course, all she wanted to do at the zoo was go outside and see the animals.

Post-bath attire: new green bathrobe and fancy white shoes. The green robe was acquired at Ava's request, her first request for something. She wanted a bathrobe like Mommy's. Mommy's robe is white, and we asked her what color she wanted, and she said green. She consistently kept up the request for a green bathrobe for a few weeks.

She loves to play in the mud.

Also loves to play with her hair accessories. Not so much to have them in her hair. Just to handle.
