National Arboretum visit

Milestone: watching full-length Disney movie (Frozen)

 About 6 weeks ago a fox breached our chicken coop and killed 2 of our 3 original chickens. This prompted an immediate coop renovation and the purchase, a few weeks ago, of an infrared, motion-detector trail camera from Cabela's, to monitor nighttime visitors to the coop. We also bought 3 new young hens to join Survivor Chicken. Here are a few pictures from the camera. We know we have raccoons and opossums visit frequently, but the camera hasn't picked them up yet. The camera takes color photos during the day (if it's on, which it usually isn't until evening):

The camera frequently picks up neighborhood cats traipsing through.

Then, last night, the camera caught the return of the fox:

Uncle Mike visited right after work (meetings in DC area). Probably the last time we'll get to photo of him in uniform with Ava.
