 The Halloween decorations at this (below) house include a real bull moose eating a jack-o-lantern. Apparently this is the ultimate fate of any pumpkin left outside in town. We've put our pumpkins out now, so we'll see how long it takes for the moose to discover it. We did not put the pumpkins on the porch, though, as we have been told that the copious amounts of moose drool thrown about on the porch during the course of pumpkin consumption is very difficult to remove. Moose Drool, incidentally, is the name of a tasty beer produced in Montana. By the way, this is as close as we came to the moose; nobody approached the door to trick-or-treat. Normally, we'd give a moose an even wider berth than this, but he was really focused on his pumpkin and totally ignored us.
