Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks so much to Dana and Currie for hosting a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner in Annapolis.  We were so lucky that Ava's Uncle Mike and his girlfriend Heidi flew in to share the holiday with us.

Heidi and Uncle Mike joined us for a short hike in the woods and late afternoon at our place the next day.  Uncle Mike got the special job of facilitating the tree patting.

Lady bug!  Don't quite know if she has made the connection between the real lady bugs and the lady bugs in her books.

Walking practice with Uncle Mike.  She has taken up to 7 steps on her own this week.  So I guess that means she's walking!
